Terms of use
Shekar is provided by TERESEC Pty Ltd (ABN 65 694 460 065), Queensland, Australia.
The licence
Shekar is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you use Shekar on Android, the same terms apply, with Google Play in place of the App Store, and your purchases are also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
Shekar Premium
The first two lessons are included. Shekar Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, that unlocks the whole course and every unit added later. The price is shown in the app and in the store before you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your Google Play or Apple Account settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.
